Dante Dante . . . come to me
They went to the forest primeval thoughts
to other lands . . . into the myths of old
be headed by their own doing
headless beings wander eternity over and over
through the most intimate of possible shocks
yet still daring to be human
to be alive knowing the hell of it all
yet we long . . . while we live no matter
what hell we see or experience we
want always to know the existence of light
the pure . . . the divine true spirit
so we take the chance and wander through life times
deaf dumb and blind
we wander through the darkness
long painful road despairing
always hopeful that we in fact will know
paradise . . . we live for the knowledge of that
to have that experience . . . paradise
