Influenced by a combination of Surrealism and Graphic Design, Carol exploits colors and shapes as an exaggerated collection of overlapping interludes in an existence with no boundaries...the mind....

Carol is a co-op member of Gallery Eleven Seven at 117 Linden in Long Beach. She also holds membership with Long Beach Arts.

Carol worked several years as a board member of the Arts Associates of Huntington Beach in support of the arts in Huntington Beach. She was awarded first place for her poster art for Portfolio '90 Celebrating 10 years of the Arts. Her poster art was placed in the time capsule on Main Street in Huntington Beach and was published on the cover of the art event
catalogue.

Carol is a Grossmont College graduate of Fine Arts with continued studies at San Diego State in the area of graphic design. She expands her creativity at Golden West College and Orange Coast College.

When Carol is not painting, she is free-lancing as a graphic artist & illustrator creating hand illustrations and computer art renderings; and designing corporate identity, newsletters, brochures and marketing material.
